Warranty Information

If you encounter any problems while using your Lovense product, please consult our FAQ or online user guide.

 

What does this warranty cover?
products are warranted for one year from the date of original purchase against non-artificial damage when used in accordance with the product's manual. This excludes TPE tubing (which has a ninety-day warranty under the same terms) and webcam charging cables (which has a one-month warranty under the same terms). Claims under the warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase.

 

Products are covered by a one-year warranty.
Webcam (excluding charging cable), Max (excluding TPE sleeve), Max 2 (excluding TPE sleeve), Solace (excluding TPE sleeve), Lapis, Vulse, Ridge, Nora, Lush, Lush 2, Lush 3, Hush, Hush 2, Exomoon, Ambi, Domi, Domi 2, Edge, Edge 2, Osci, Osci 2, Mission, Ferri, Diamo, Dolce, Hyphy, Gush, Calor, Flexer, Gemini, Gravity, Sex Machine, and Domi/Domi 2 accessories.

 

Products are covered by a ninety-day warranty.
Max Sleeve, Max 2 Sleeve, and Sex Machine dildos (S and L).

 

What happens if a warranty claim occurs?
products are based on quality. If you discover a defect during the warranty period and notify us, we will, at our discretion, replace (or repair, in the case of a webcam) the product free of charge.

 

What information is required?

Product serial number (found on the toy's packaging).

Proof of purchase, including order number, date and place of purchase (website or store name).

Description of the defect.

Photo or video proof of the defect.

 

What is not covered by the warranty?

This warranty does not cover any defects or damage caused by use other than as specified in the product manual, normal wear and tear, commercial use, lack of proper maintenance, improper installation, neglect, natural causes, disasters, accidents, acts of God, and damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
