1. We take care of the delivery fee
 
We exclude the delivery fee for the followings if you spend $200 or more
We can deliver your products to:
－＞ SF Store, SF Business Station
－＞ SF Locker
－＞ Business and Commercial District
－＞ Residential Area
－＞ 7-11 or Circle K
 
Starting from 1st Mar 2021, there will be an update for SF Lockers, which will classify lockers as "popular" and "unpopular". Click HERE for details.HERE。
If fail to claim the delivery of "Popular" lockers within the first 24 hours after receiving the message, an additional fee of $10 HKD will be charged.
Fee will be accumulated every 24 hours. A partial day is counted as a full day.
 
A longer delivery time may be needed if there is a lack of space in SF Lockers, 7-11 and Circle K.
For emergency deliveries, SF Stores and SF Business Stations are recommended.
Upon arrival of deliveries, please pick-up as soon as possible. SF bears the right to charge additional fees after 36 hours.
 
2. Express Delivery
 
Monday to Friday
Morning Cut-off time: 09:00am
Expected arrival time: 06:00pm (the same day) to 06:00pm (the following day)
 
Afternoon Cut-off time: 03:00pm
Expected arrival time: 09:0am to 01:00pm (the following day)
 
 
The above calculated time is based on estimations and is for reference only. The delivery service may be affected by the delivery process and quantity of delivery, but service will be completed within 24 hours. Goods are normally delivered to SF Stores and Business Stations within 24 hours. You can have your goods delivered to your front door if you want. Check out more products on our main page.
