Personal Reasons
Please email us at sexfunhk@gmail.com or send a whatspp message to us. Please provide the respective order ID, phone number or email for identification, together with the reason for return. We will contact you soon.
If you wish to return a product after receiving, our company will not be responsible for the delivery fee for the first delivery, the returning delivery and the delivery of the new product.
If you wish for a refund with or without reason after payment, our company bears the right to charge 20% of the total payment or a minimum amount of $100HKD as administrative fee and cost.
Upon using the products, there will not be any return or refund. Please check the quality of the product before using it. The effects of products may vary between different people. Everyone's judgement may be inconsistent. We can only guarantee providing genuine products. Regarding the colour difference, each product may be different from those shown on screen due to colour difference. It is therefore recommended to consider these factors before purchasing. Colour difference will not be accepted as a reason for returning.The above is the return and exchange policy for Hong Kong. For international shipments, if there is a defective product, we can be responsible for sending new products to the international destination, but it does not include a return option.
Problems about Bad / Damaged Goods
