The products sold on our website and in our store are absolutely genuine. Products are manufactured and imported from Japan, Korea, Europe and the USA, genuine products guaranteed. Imported products from abroad include manufacturer's warranty while Sex Fun HK will provide a 7-day maintenance period for products from Japan.
How do I know whether the products are available?
A "sold out" sign will be shown on products that are currently not available. Customers can enable the "notify me upon arrival" option so that they can be notified through email as soon as the products are refilled.

How can I make my payment?
We provide various payment methods, including Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Faster Payment System, HSBC Payme App, Alipap, P2P transfer. Please refer to the payment webpage for more details.
How do I return products with flaws?
We accept any return of non-artificially damaged products within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us together with the order ID and phone number / email. We will give you a new one and deliver it for free. When returning the product, all periphoral products and certificates must be returned together and a perfect status is required. Due to hygiene reasons, all used products cannot be returned. Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy page for more information.
Can I get a refund if I don't enjoy the product after purchasing?
If a refund is made due to personal reasons after payment is made, we will charge a fee of 20% of the original payment (Or a minimum charge of $100), as the cost price and administrative fee. Products cannot be opened and the external coating cannot be damaged. Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy page for more information.
Besides Hong Kong, can I have a delivery to Macau?
Yes, we support delivery to Macau. Spend $200 or more to enjoy free delivery to Macau.
I don't want the products to be found out by my family members. Can I have the delivery done anonymously?
