    What are the shipping costs to China?

    Shipping to China starts at HKD $130 for the first kilogram, with an additional HKD $30 for each subsequent kilogram. Any order over HKD $2,000 qualifies for free shipping! For example, shipping a 2 kg product would only cost HKD $160, bringing it right to your doorstep from afar.

     

    Any special promotion?

    Enjoy a 5% discount on purchases over $1,000. Some special offers are not applicable to international shipping. However, you will still receive an $88 shopping credit for your next purchase. Final discounts are subject to the system’s calculation.

     

    Can you deliver to my home in China?

    Of course. We use SF Express for most of our deliveries, and they're privately packaged.

     

    Do you unpack and inspect the product before shipping to China?

    To prevent electronic products from not functioning properly, sFun HK may inspect the product to ensure it is functioning properly before shipping it to China.
    To avoid returns due to product defects, please leave a note in the "Notes" section if you do not wish us to unpack and inspect the product. However, if a product is found to have a defect after arriving in China, sFun HK will not cover the return shipping costs to our Hong Kong store.
