Register as a Member
Register for free to become an SFun HK online store member. As a member, you can view or edit your personal information, send messages, check orders, and track items anytime through the “Account” section, making your shopping experience smoother and more convenient.
Click the “New User Registration” button in the top-left menu to register for free (direct sign-up or via Facebook login).
Online Shopping Steps
Log in to your SFun HK online store account.
Select the products you wish to purchase (If you need customer support, feel free to WhatsApp our CS team at 53034543).
Click “Add to Cart”.
After selecting your items, click the shopping cart icon at the top right to proceed to checkout.
Before checkout, please ensure the selected items and quantities are correct.
Choose delivery and payment methods, then click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Enter customer, delivery, and payment information. You may also leave order remarks if needed.
Review the details and click “Submit Order” to proceed to the payment page.
Confirm the order and complete the transaction.
Your SFun HK purchase is complete! Please wait for the confirmation email and WhatsApp updates regarding your order status.
Website Browsing Tips
Home Page – Browse popular brands, categories, hot items, and newly listed products.
Sidebar – View all product categories and brands.
Search Bar – Click the magnifying glass icon at the top of the page and enter product names, brands, keywords, or product codes to view search results.
Selecting Products
The shopping cart at the top right displays your real-time product quantity and total amount.
You may adjust product quantities directly within the shopping cart.
Email / WhatsApp – Order Confirmation
Once your transaction is successful, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email or WhatsApp, including your order details.
If you checked out as a logged-in member, you may also view your order under Account > Orders.
Email / WhatsApp – Order Shipped
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification containing the courier tracking number and tracking link, allowing you to check your shipment status anytime.
Delivery Methods
Free delivery for all Hong Kong orders over HKD$200
(Some products, outlying islands, or installation services may require additional fees).
Please note that courier delivery times may vary. Couriers will call on the delivery day; if they cannot reach you, it may delay the delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience.
