XR 12" Dildo-Shaped Anal Enema Hose

Extra-long silicone design · Cleanse and pleasure in one —— The XR dildo-shaped anal enema hose is crafted from premium phthalate-free silicone, with an approximately 30 cm extra-long realistic shaft and head. The base suction cup adheres to walls or floors, connects to most standard shower hoses, and is compatible with the CleanStream enema system. Ideal for users who want comfort and pleasure during anal cleansing.

Key Features

Extra-long realistic shaft: Overall length about 300 mm with roughly 290 mm insertable, the realistic shaft and head design adds richer sensory layers to cleansing—ideal for users who want both hygiene and pleasure.

Secure base suction cup: The base suction cup adheres to floors or walls, freeing your hands and stabilising your position; use it purely for mounting so you can adjust depth and angle at your own pace.

Shower hose connection: Connects seamlessly with most standard-size shower hoses and is compatible with the CleanStream enema system, making everyday rinsing smoother and more complete.

Premium safe silicone: Made from premium silicone, phthalate-free, with a body-safe feel and lasting durability; use only with water-based lubricant to protect the material and extend its life.

Hygiene and pleasure combined: Naturally blends anal cleansing with sensory experience—whether focused care or exploring intimate rhythms, one tool delivers a freer personal care routine.

Usage Scenarios

Everyday anal care in the shower: In the shower, attach the approx. 30 cm silicone hose to a standard shower hose, apply water-based lubricant first, then insert slowly—cleanse while feeling the gentle pressure of the water flow.

Hands-free with suction cup: Use the base suction cup on bathroom walls or floors to stabilise the 290 mm insertable body, freeing both hands to adjust posture and water pressure while focusing on a comfortable rhythm.

Beginner-friendly gradual exploration: On your first anal rinse, let the realistic head guide gently, go from shallow to deeper until you find the most comfortable depth, then slowly open the water pressure to build a reassuring care habit.

Pair with CleanStream system: If you already have a CleanStream enema system at home, connect this XR silicone hose directly for a more complete cleansing routine and fewer makeshift inconveniences.

How to Use

Apply a suitable amount of water-based lubricant to the tip of the shaft before use

Steady the body and insert gently and slowly, giving your body enough time to adjust

Once inside, turn on the water pressure, feel the internal pressure, then gradually adjust to a comfortable depth

After rinsing, withdraw carefully; rest briefly if needed before another round

After use, clean thoroughly and air-dry completely before storage

Care & Cleaning

After use, rinse the silicone surface thoroughly with clean water, and we recommend caring for it with a toy cleaner from the "Anal Cleaning Products", "Men's Toy Cleaners" or "Women's Toy Cleaners" categories. Wipe dry and leave in a well-ventilated place until fully dry before storing. For everyday use, pair only with "Water-Based Lubricants"; never use oil-based products, which can degrade silicone. You may also choose products from the "Anal Lubricants" category as needed for smoother entry.
