Terms and conditions for membership points usage

Obtain instruction:
- Customers must register to become a member of Sex Fun HK before enjoying the discount.

Everything about the reward points:
- Enjoy reward points after shopping everytime
- Customers must login their membership account to obtain reward points during shopping
- An email notification and update will be sent within 14 working days after obtaining membership points
- Reward points cannot be split nor transferred to others
- Reward points cannot be redeemed as cash
- For any enquiries of reward points, Sex Fun HK's system record shall prevail
- If a cancellation is made after shopping, no reward points will be given for that order
- The quantity of redemption gifts from reward cash is limited while stocks last.
- If a refund or return of product is done because of flaws, the reward cash will not be deducted.

General Conditions:
- Sex Fun HK will send discount and promotion notifications through email or phone message. To prevent missing of important information, please provide correct email address and phone number.
- Our company is not responsible for any "reward points" loss caused by computer and system problems
- All payment amount will be calculated in HKD currency.
