Starting from March 1, 2021, SF Express Lockers are categorized as "Hot" and "Non-Hot" lockers. If you choose a "Hot" locker, please collect your parcel within 24 hours after receiving the SMS notification. Otherwise, a storage fee of HK$10 per 24 hours will be charged (any period less than 24 hours will also be counted as one day).

Please note, due to space limitations at SF Express Lockers, 7-11, and OK convenience stores, pick-up times may be longer. If you need your parcel urgently, we recommend choosing an SF Express Station or Service Center for collection.

Once your parcel arrives, please collect it as soon as possible. If not collected within 36 hours, SF Express reserves the right to charge additional storage fees.

The above are the fastest estimated delivery times. Actual delivery depends on SF Express’s daily operations and parcel volume. Generally, we will ship your order within 24 hours, and SF Express can usually deliver to SF Stations and Service Centers within 24 hours. Home delivery is also available if needed.

Please note that delivery may be delayed during weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, or due to weather conditions.
